1) If any plugin has a red X instead of a green check:
Internet: Click the "Download Now" link to install the required plugin.
DVD: Browse to the Plugins folder on this disk, find the correct folder for your platform and browser and double click the file to install the required plugin.
Then read the Plugin Help page in the FAQ section for more information.
2) Click the "GO!" button.
3) Type your user name and password, then click the "OK" button. If you do not yet have a user name and password, email us at trial@scienceschoolhouse.com to receive one.
4) If any problems occur while using the Discover Science Online Library, return to this page, and click on the Troubleshooting link in the FAQ section.
